Mtv Case Study Brandin Iron San Bernardino

Came out for a fun night on a Thursday and it happened to be the night they were doing the route 91 fundraiser. I had the best time there like I always have. It was amazing to see what great people they are. I had the best server her name was Danielle she was always checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. She had a smile the whole night and was very bubbly which is really nice to have as a waitress. She helped us have the best night. I take my mom there on occasion and she was so happy and pleased to have the continued service we have always gotten when we go there. She told me Danielle was the best server we have had ever since I have taken her there. Danielle kept us smiling and laughing throughout the night. We will continue to keep going back and enjoying ourselves.

Went for a live show on a whim. Venue is large and seems to have plenty of staff to serve and kepneverything moving. The door staff was quick and friendly and same with the bartenders. My one complaint about this place was security was abrupt, rude and on the aggressive side. I get it they are security but I've been to many venues and never seem so many rude interactions. I will say I wasn't directly involved in any of them as I went out of my way to avoid being in their way or having a reason to directly interact other than being in line for an artist signing after where they yelled at the group a few times as they didn't seem sure where people should be lines up. Now again I have never been here before so maybe there have been issues in the past and they were just trying to stay in front of those. I do not plan on coming back which is a little sad just because the place itself seemed to be well prepared for the show, had a great artist and a lot of space which is nice. That being said I was HAPPY to get out of there as quickly as possible to avoid what appeared to be a bunch of guys on a power trip who got joy out of being rude and yelling at people. Maybe it was an off night but I live too far to make the trek to try it again for that experience

Decided to give college night a try. Coming from Texas I love going out and dancing. However this place wasn't anything special. The DJ was okay. More hip hop and pop then country music. The kids there were in the skimpiest outfits. Some were in a bra and pair and a pair of shorts that covered half their butts. Inappropriate dancing and a fight broke out and took 5 min to break up. I got bored pretty soon. The bathroom doors are propped open and you can see the stalls. Clears out around 2:00. Overall I'm pretty disappointed. I wouldn't spend another ten bucks to go there again on a Wednesday night.

Mike the bar tender makes THE best drinks! Great service, great drinks and a great time! Thanks Mike!

Heard about this place on KFROG...on a whim went to see Casey Donahew. Good show, clean..safe...as Route 91 survivor...was happy to be out again and felt happy I came here to be out: again safe, clean and would come back.

Mechanical bull, 2 step, prompt friendly service poppin, good looking young crowd, lively environment definitely will be back..had a blast

If a white person complains about you and your are black or Mexican , they are gonna believe the white person , and try to kick you out ! This Is a racist establishment ! Hey hey didn't even give me a chance to explain myself ! Fuck racist businesses? It's 2018!

I have been going for about a month now and really enjoy this establishment. The staff that I have met have treated me with high respect. The servers Danielle and Misty have bent over backwards to make sure I was having a great time and giving me my drinks quickly. The bartender Mikey always helps with a smile and his bareback Jeremy is extremely helpful. The music is enjoy and not to loud to hear yourself talk. I will keep going back as much as I can.

Not bad first time here and I've lived in the city for the last 20 years and I can't believe I haven't come here yet. I generally like a good country bar and I came on Wednesday which was college night. I'll be very honest I haven't really been in a club scene for quite some time I'm almost 30 and I usually prefer a bar soon. But if you're young and you enjoy to dance and you're a student this is definitely the place on Wednesday night. The staff and security here are very on point and you feel very confident that they will take care of anything you need. Can't beat the fact that they had two dollar domestics. Parking lot is a little small but you can park across the street and I think you'll be just fine. Other than that the music was pretty lively and it's definitely a really cool experience coming to a country club however they did play a lot of hip-hop. I will have to do a more updated review later when I just come to the bar and have a few drinks. But it's good to see that this establishment has been going for so many years and continues.

After seeing the way Greg the security guard drag a young female out the bar and call her a "stupid bitch" I will never come here again as a young woman myself I do not feel safe at this Establishment. They lost me and my friends as a customer. A really bad environment with mean people. Bad vibes

It's been exactly two years since I first started line dancing here. It's like my home away from home. Everyone is so nice especially Dave and Rick. I have met so many wonderful people here. The music is great when it's not cowboy cha cha (sorry it over plays). I finally turned 21 so the alcohol is great. Absolutely love coming here and getting my friends hooked on line dancing as well. The security is top notch. One time my friend and I were about to leave but there was a fight outside so the guy told us he'll play a few songs then walk us out to our car after it was safe to. Thank you for all that you do.

Rode my motorcycle and they wouldn't let me in bc I had a Harley cutoff shirt on. WTF you mean to tell me this trashy bar has dress code and I look too redneck to get in a country bar?!? I'd much rather go to WaterWheel in Norco anyways, they have live bands.

This place is great. It has reasonable prices, and a great atmosphere. They have decent food options and lots of drink options. Dancing was amazing and the staff were great. I highly recommend this place. First off, this is one of the most diverse groups I think you'll find at any drinking/dancing establishment. Not exaggerating when I say that the group spanned the age range of 21 to upper 70's. Lots of college girls, blue collar, white collar, old collar, and new collar. What's so great about this is that everyone mingled well. Further, there is a stereotype that only white people like country/line dancing. Not true at this place! Lots of variation in ethnic background, skin pigmentation, and culture... all coming together and having a good time. Before the live band started playing, they paused to sing the national anthem. The whole place stopped for a moment of reverence and faced the stars and stripes. What a classy move! Not going to lie... I was terrible on the dance floor... But I wasn't the only one so it was ok. There were lots of folks there that were clearly old hands at line dancing. For a newbie, it was nearly impossible to keep up (probably my lack of brain cells). If I had to do it all over again, I would have gone to the Brandin Iron website to learn a line dance before I got there. That might have spared my ego a few bruises and help me enjoy myself just a little more. I also would have picked a night that they taught a partner dance. We happened to meet the manager on our way out. He was personable and seemed like he cared about the customers as well as the store. My impressions were in part confirmed on a subsequent visit, when I witnessed the manager and a staff member helping a customer who appeared to have drank too much. They didn't just toss the person on the street but helped carry them (with as much care and dignity as a situation would allow) to a safe place outside the Brandin Iron and stayed with them until they had a safe way home. Tip: All the line dances they do are literally on their website! http://www.brandinironsaloon.com/links-to-dance-steps.html .... Go to the Brandin Iron website and learn a line dance or two before you get there... It'll help build some familiarity with the line dance concepts and make learning new stuff easier. Might also make you a little less timid on the dance floor (assuming you're like me and have never line danced before).

By far the rudest staff ever, their security yelled and were extremely rude for no reason. Seriously horrible. Went to see walker hayes and the only pleasant staffer was the security guard at the door cutting off wristbands.

This place rocks!!! I got introduced to this place a few years ago and enjoyed every visit since then. I was never much into country or even line dancing but I have to say, after trying it out, it is very entertaining and addicting. Being Asian American, I was hesitant but the people here are just great, just everyone trying to have a good time and get their line dancing on! I usually come on Weds. (College night) so students get in free but beware, that line is usually longer than the general admission line. They also have been offering a back door line that charges an additional 5 dollars (total 10). Drinks are very priced, especially their domestic beers. The environment is great. It really gets you into the whole country vibe and they also have a mechanical bull if you're brave enough. They usually announce when a line dancing song will come on, giving people a change to leave the dance floor if they wish not to participate. DJ is usually playing all kinds of music in between line dancing songs, so everyone can enjoy. The security and staff are also on point. Walking around checking for empty glasses and bottles and security is always roaming, making sure everyone's safe. I felt very safe to party and get my line dancing on. Overall, great place and a great experience for all! No matter what kind of music you like, if you like to have a good time; this place is for you!

It's like everyone here tries hard to redeem their insecure qualities through moronic actions. In my 3 times visiting this place I saw a black man called the "N" word for no reason other than simply telling a woman hi. Women typically drink and instigate their men to fight. Biker gangs also frequently visit this place. The culture of this place is not true country. True country is America's music and welcomes everyone willing to have a good time. Prejudice, violence, and fear mongering are not something I will accept from any establishment. I've lived in Texas and Oklahoma, everyone gets along fine. The people here are fakes. As for the staff. They're the only redeeming quality. The bartenders will let you sample before ordering. Beers are inexpensive. Bouncers do not play around. The only downside is the cultural environment of a handful of idiots. Regardless of who you are, stay on guard when visiting this place. I will not be returning.

Do not go here on a Saturday nights unless you really don't have anything anything to do. if you don't know how to line dance then you won't really be able to dance. They had a bull to ride that was a lot of fun, but other than that there isn't much to do. There is a pool table. That's it.

Great Music Cheap Food Cheap Drinks Good Place to be at if your into Line Dancing and Country Musoc

The Brandin' Iron is cool if you're looking for something local to do while in the Inland Empire. I've only gone on Wednesday nights, which are the college nights, and have had generally good experiences. $2 beers at the cash bar.

I was skeptical n intimidated at first but, the ppl n employees made me feel welcomed. The drinks were ice cold n the dance floor was Hot .. I'll definitely be returning to this good place again. #lovedit
